Hi 24 Hour Fitness - Sacramento Downtown Plaza, CA,nI was hoping you could tell me why you are stealing my money!? I was charged 1 week ago (July 11) for a total of $40.32! I had called you directly 3 times and spoke with 3 different employees to freeze my account and since you guys shut back down no billings should be active. I would love a response.nnI may edit my rating once someone is able to contact me.
Cold showers!!!! No Hot Water!!!! What a terrible company! Time to make a change and find a better gym that cares about the customer! People are not wearing masks and nobody is correcting that!
Review is for front entrance staff, she was patient in helping customers renewing membership, knowledgeable handling computer registration, professional in answering phone calls and cheerful greeting customers. I forgot to ask her name but overheard her name as Ashley?
Best place very energatic atmosphare and very friendly staff
Really disappointed in this gym. I’ve been going here for years and love most everything about it. I’ve been a 24 HR member for five years and even paid to support them through the months they were closed. Due to COVID they “require” everyone to wear a mask. However, this is not enforced. I asked the woman at the front desk if they would be ensuring people wear a mask, and she said yes. It quickly became apparent that this was not the case. Half the people in the gym took their mask off as soon as they walked past the front desk. More than half were not wearing it upstairs. What is the point of this rule if you’re not going to enforce? And are you ok with being sued when your gym becomes a hot spot for COVID after you failed to enforce your own health and safety measures? If you need to train your staff on how to approach people who are not wearing a mask then please do so. If you simply don’t care, I guess we’ll see you go out of business soon when you’re hit with a class action lawsuit for not adhering to the state’s COVID preventative requirements.
