This is by far the best gym in Sacramento! Clean with great equipment. So worth it!
This is my gym. I like a lot. It's a fun environment and there is a Smart and Final and a new Ross all in the small plaza.
Be very careful as you walk past the unmasked coughing hacking pan handlers on the bench in front of the entrance the upper management or city does NOTHING had to be walked with my trainer 2 blocks when I left
Its a nice gym, but its a little overpriced
Awesome & friendly people and staff. Awesome gym. There’s no shortage of towels and they are always on top of cleanliness. Separate women’s sauna/jacuzzi from men. May seem a bit on the higher price range, but the services, amenities, and staff support definitely is worth it. Brooke has been very helpful in answering all of my questions.
