Fit4Mom West Sac Natomas is a mama workout group.... but it's also SO MUCH more! It's friendship, kindness, love, support and community! It's a village of uplifting women here to welcome you into the sweetest bunch of mamas and kiddos around! The workout is always great, one hour for you to sweat and strengthen your body. The kids love the interaction, song's and fresh air during that hour, but the best part is after the hour! Park time, play group, crafts and so much more!! The owner/instructor- Haley organizes activities every week to keep you and your kiddos excited for what's in store! I love the crafts because that means less mess at home! My boys get so much socialization and I get mom time as well! Your first class is free and you will not regret it! I was nervous for my first class and 5 minutes in I was hooked!! That was almost 3 years ago now!! Come join this amazing village!!

This is the most use out a membership I have ever had! I not only am challenged physically with an array of classes to choose from, but I also have met an amazing village of women to continue to inspire me and motivate me to be the best I can be. I highly recommend to mamas that are going from couch to walking, or (in my case) those wanting to be challenged. I went from minimal activity to half-marathon through Fit4mom. There are all levels of fitness and no judgement, only encouragement.

I’ve been with FIT4MOM on and off for six years. When we moved to West Sacramento from Hawaii I knew I immediately wanted to find my village. At the time I enrolled myself in the Sacramento franchise. When I found out that a new location had opened in West Sacramento I immediately enrolled. Haley is an awesome instructor, she knows what she’s doing and pushes you to be the best version of you. Not only has she created a judgement free zone but she’s also very involved in the community. I always get intimidated starting a new journey but the ladies at FIT4MOM West Sacramento-Natomas made me feel right at home. If you want a village, if you want to be a better version of yourself, if you want to bring your kids to work out, come join us at FIT4MOM West Sacramento Natomas. You won’t regret it. It’s time to do something for yourself mama.

Are you wanting to join but feeling intimidated? I was too. I’m an older Mom, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up and I would feel embarrassed, but Haley (owner and instructor) has alternatives to all exercises and you chose your level of intensity. Worried that everyone will already know each other and you will feel left out? I was too, but this isn’t just a workout group, this is an amazing village of Mommas that support each other. Haley and all the Mommas cheer you on, lift you up when you are down, and you look forward to seeing them, and their kiddos! Worried your kiddo will get bored? I was too, but instead of counting reps we sing songs, and Haley incorporates bubbles and toys to keep them entertained. After workout, we stay and play at the park, go for coffee, do fun crafts, go on fieldtrips, have potlucks, and seasonal parties. Mommas get a chance to catch up and talk Mom life, and the kiddos foster their friendships too. We also have a monthly Moms night out, which is always a fun activity, different every month. Since I joined we have gone paddleboarding, had bunco night, pampering night, escape room, made a cute decorative sign, scavenger hunt etc. Haley was quick to switch gears during the shelter in place in 2020, converting to virtual workouts that you could participate in live or do later with a recording when you have time, daily virtual storytime, and virtual playgroups, crafts, and experiments. Weekly virtual Mommy meet up and virtual game nights, with our without spouses. Having this amazing village of Mommas to lean on in these stressful times has been priceless. Come join our village, you won’t regret it! First class is free! My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!
