I love this gym! The staff are SO NICE and keep it very clean. It doesn't smell bad like a popular gym in the downtown area that I used to go to. Also, I feel like this is a place for people who are serious about their workouts versus being a pick up spot. I can stop by at anytime and know that the equipment I want to use will be available. And I can work out in peace!

Signed up for a membership when this place first opened and was a loyal patron until I moved out of the area in 2018. I've been to other, bigger gyms and no place compares to Fitness System. Great equipment, clean, great staff. I live about 2 minutes away from a bigger gym and decide to drive 30 minutes to Fitness System. It also helps that the owner is a big proponent of personal freedom, especially during these dictatorish times. Highly highly recommended.

Awful communication and facility!!! The facility is dirty and people are coughing on machines and not cleaning after themselves. The front desk rarely wear masks. They want to give every person their freedom so expect on lots of stuff on your machines. The front staff pretend they’re nice but can turn aggressive really quick. They also are overpriced for the quality of the gym, places with these machine have 10-20$ memberships whereas they charge almost $50. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

CHEAT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCAL BUSINESS.nI cancelled my membership in June 'on phone' but they continued to charge me till October. When i called them , the store manager mentioned that i need to come ' in person' to cancel the membership. We haven't used a single day since June but he will charge me for November too.nFirst of all, his employees should have told me that I can't cancel my service on phone if that's the policy of the business.nSecondly, He should have politely cancelled my membership this time when i called him back again in October. I can't recall 'any' business in the last 1 year who expects the customer to visit the office to cancel the membership.nCHEAT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCAL BUSINESS.
