These guys were available on Saturday, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They changed the oil but I had been told by Jiffy Lube that there was oil leaking into my engine. These guys fixed the check engine light and were kind enough to not charge us for the diagnostic since there was nothing wrong. Happy to have found a local mechanic since we just moved this corner of the world.

Advanced Auto is fantastic! Always friendly and quick to get appointments. Service is thorough - they sample all fluids and give you recommendations for things that need attention. Quick service with a smile.

I booked my car for an oil change, then they guys called me the following day they had to change it to another day. After a few days I brought in my car, the first thing the guy asked me to go get my millage. I was surprised and normally when you leave your car they will check the millage, but he asked me so I had to do it.When I asked for the shuttle service the guy told me sorry there is no one to give you a ride, we are busy and the shuttle guy is not in today so you have to make an arrangement for yourself. I was really upset because when I booked my oil change the guy told me, they will take me back no worries. After an hour I had to be picked up by a friend. After 3 hours when I picked up my car the floor mat was messed up with technician's greasy footsteps. When it came to payment I wanted to pay by credit card the guy at the counter said we will charge you 3% unless you want to by a debit card. I asked him, if they have checked the tire pressure, he said yes, but when I checked them at home they weren't. This was absolutely terrible customer service and I would never take my care again to this shop. I will give them triple ZEROS... 000.

This business owner takes particular interest in the care of their customers.nIn this time of the Covid crisis, I appreciate the service, right down to delivering my vehicle to my driveway at the job's completion.
