Feels like home here. great place to build your children's character and confidence while gaining new tools to navigate these days when children are faced with so many choices.

Both of my grandsons and I myself are in the programs at American Hapkido MMA Training Center, and have been for over six years. The older child struggled with adjusting to school, and we enrolled him to help him work on his self-discipline and focus. It worked wonders for him both physically and emotionally. He gained improved self-control, and self-image as he worked to move up through the ranks first as a Lil' Dragon (the preschool age pre-Karate program) and now through the Jr. Black Belt program. The studio also has a transported after-school program where they picked him up at his elementary school, and both adult and high-school-aged instructors oversaw the completion of his homework and preparation for each afternoon's classes. This was extremely helpful since both me and my wife were working, and after-school care was an issue. The greatest benefit over time was helping him learn important life-lessons about friends, how to treat people, how to accept and incorporate performance feedback, teamwork, and the myriad of things that come up in a coaching environment like this. Over time, I really appreciated what wonderful people the owners and staff at American Hapkido MMA Training Center and American Hapkido's Lil' Dragons really are, and I decided to start training myself when the oldest moved into the Junior program. It has been very helpful to me, helping me transform my body, losing over 40 pounds, and rolling back much of the softness that had accumulated over the years. If you are looking for something worthwhile to get your child, or even yourself into, I cannot recommend anything better than the programs at American Hapkido's Lil' Dragons and American Hapkido MMA Training Center. As soon as my granddaughter turns four, she will join us training (since I think it is even more important for girls than boys to learn a martial art).

The driver for this place that picks kids up from school is a joke she was getting mad because i wouold not let her wedge her van and cut me off, I was waiting to get out of the parking lot like everyone else and she must have been in a rush because she was yelling and cussing at me I would never send me kids to that place and I will tell EVERYONE I know.
