I know someone who worked here HR refuses to help you out or even be truthful with you. They give you a number to call if you need to talk to HR on the phone but it all says to just go back on the website. HR was lying just to terminate my friend and HR never sends out any information like they say they do. Amazon really needs to step up their game. No wonder everyone hates it here and there was a strike they refuse to even look at days you ask for off so they can use it against you. Amazon honestly needs shut down if they won’t even treat their workers like a regular human being. Even the security is rude and disrespectful.
Writing review as a truck driver, guard shack workers really unprofessional, they don’t know what is mean APPOINTMENT time, yesterday when I come for picking up my trailer they said: trailer isn’t ready and we cannot work as much fast. Really ??? If you can’t work as much fast so why are doing there ? This is Amazon Prime, you have to work as much fast, and you know what? That’s the reason why AMAZON PRIME customers not receiving their online orders on time. I don’t wanna say, I’m not going to do delivery or pick at this facility but for the next time I will try to avoid this place.
As of late 08/2020: Geiger is completely torn up east of Amazon. If you are coming from the east, many GPSs (and the Amazon Relay app) have you get off at exit 276. Don't do this; there's good signage to detour around the construction, but it will waste a lot of time. Instead, take exit 272 (where the Petro is), go north to Geiger, turn right, and it's right there. That's the easier way anyway, with or without construction.nnWe've been here three times (truckers) and have bot had any problems. Staff has greeted us in a friendly and professional manner.
This place is huge... People their fills the place with positive energy.. It would be great place to work...
Great place to work! Easy job with great pay. Facility is nice and lits of great communication and easy to suggest ideas to managers!
