A top place for quality Burgers. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bill was appropriate for the quality.

A beyond decent burger joint in a fat-court at an outlet mall. Such a simple concept and yet it has taken so long for such an eatery to come.nnTheir service is excellent, you order at the register and your meal is actually crafted with care behind the scenes as you find a table and a server will serve you. If you are thirsty for something beyond a soda, there is a small beer selection to choose from. Alcohol isn't allowed outside their designated area, but this is still a shopping mall in America.nnThe burger selection isn't boring, and not overly done with their variety. Their attempt to deliver a gourmet burger hits every point except for the ability to have a specific cooking temp.nnOne must have I have noticed is how well-executed are their onion rings. For your first visit, I do recommend you get the combo as a side order. The onion rings are fried in fresh oil and seemingly they only pick out the perfect ones to serve. (At least this is the impression I have gotten)nnThe only question I had was for the weird signage posted on several of the pillars in the dining space. LOL!

We wanted to try this place out while taking a quick break from shopping at the Camarillo Outlets. Placed our order, 2 burgers and 2 sweet potato fries, nothing fancy after all this is a burger joint right? Half an hour passed, nothing. We got up and asked what was going on. They apologize. Another 15 minutes, still nothing. They have passed orders to others who were there before us and now they say there was a mix-up. The manager now says he’ll give us the food and a refund. Small gesture but definitely this place needs an improvement on their process. The joker passing the food needs to pay attention to what he is doing!

Manager was drinking on the job during the lunch rush of Black Friday. He was taking up a seat at the bar while customers had to stand around looking for a table. While drinking beer at the bar, he still was giving orders to the other workers to check up on customer orders. The manager was also talking to another worker who was finishing a glass of beer while behind the counter and talking about how it's a good thing he wasn't drinking too much or else he would knock a customer out.
