Yo curly-haired cutie behind the register gave me and my friend EXcellent service. I could almost see that beautiful smile she had behind that mask. Took our order, made sure it was perfect, and personally handed it to me outside the door. Dominoes thrives off of employees like bby girl. Made a fan out of me..

I’ve been Ordering at Domonio’s, and in ordering upon today. I experienced the most disrespectful individual whom was taking orders named Samantha.I requested all flats with my chicken order and she stated “ well it’s too busy” I can’t help you!!!! Professionalism out of the door for her!!!! Then she hung up in my face while I was talking. Corporate will be getting a call in the morning. I called back and all of a sudden they stopped answering the phone. I’m big on customer service.

Had messed up a order online and noticed as soon as i placed it I called the store to ask them if they could change one of the pizza so it would be right. I called no more then two min after placing the order and the proceeded two tell me that they couldn’t change it because it was already done. Witch was a blatant lie there is no way you can cook and make a pizza that fast and still take 40 min to deliver it when your down the street from me as well as being rude and have a attitude towards me on the phone ended up just canceling the order over the phone witch apparently was not problem at all and ordered a new one. Customer service is definitely something that needs to be worked on at this store. I’ve personally worked in food for over 3 years so I understand how it feels but the way this was handled shouldn’t be acceptable. Hope someone from corporate sees this and works on the customer service there.

Yesterday I ordered 3 $5.99 pizzas and picked them up from the restaurant.. I had a coupon I tried to use but it wouldn’t work so they have me a $2.00 discount pizza was $19.00 and some change.. I checked my bank record this morning and I was charged 2 times and one time was using my PayPal account.. I paid in the store not online.. How did it charge my PayPal account.. Customer service there is awe full they are rude I will not be going back and the quality of food has gone down tremendously.. We used to love this pizza place.. seriously disappointed
