Great enviroment where you can get a good workout and assistance as needed from the staff. Very affordable fee's and accessible staff.

I have been going to Get Cut Fitness now for a little over 2 months. I have been seeing Nathan twice per week for personal training sessions and I can honestly say this has changed my outlook on life.nnI did not come to Get Cut because I needed to be pushed harder to workout, I went because I have had chronic serious injuries over the past 10 years that have left me unable to workout on my own without being in severe pain afterwards. I am 32 years old and over the past 10 years, I have had about 25 shoulder dislocations, 4 shoulder surgeries, an ACL reconstruction, fractured hip, broken left arm, and in the middle of those injuries I was in a car accident that left me in ICU for 10 days with severe trauma to my head/brain, 4 fractured vertebrae, and a fractured skull.nnI have tried for over 5 years to find a trainer that was able/willing to take into consideration ALL of my injuries and help me find my way back to being healthy and feeling good, but nobody was able to keep me going in the right direction and I always ended up spending a lot of money and getting nowhere.nnI sent Nathan a chronological list of all of my injuries prior to my first appointment and to my surprise, he had actually read it all in depth and came to our first appointment with a plan of attack and he was spot on with everything. He watches every exercise I do very closely giving me cues when I am doing an exercise incorrectly or in a way that is going to cause me more pain. He will always ask how each exercise felt for me and the more info I give him back, the more knowledge I get as to why we are doing each exercise and what I am supposed to be feeling out of it to help my specific issues.nnThis has literally changed my outlook on life back to the way it used to be. Three months ago, I had accepted the fact that pain was going to be a major part of my life and working out was not an option for me, which is not a good feeling for being only 32 years old. Last weekend, I was downhill mountain biking in Mammoth and riding better than I was 10 years ago and most importantly, smiling the entire time. Personal training is not cheap, but I cannot put a price on my physical and mental well being because money does not matter if I don't have that.nnMy training experience has been with Nathan, but John has also been engaged with me the entire time and greets me by name every time I come in.nnFrom what I have seen, this gym will give you very customized results depending on what you come in for. As with any trainer, the results are equally dependent on the amount of effort you put in, but I can tell you from personal experience that the harder you work with them, the harder they work for you.

I joined Get Cut Fitness in May 2017 and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I have enjoyed the entire experience and journey over the last year and can honestly say I love to exercise now. John has created a great program, and his team is always there to help or answer questions. I’ve gotten to experience both group training during the Challenge, and now the Functional Training Program with help and guidance from both John and Nathan. I have enjoyed both programs and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Get Cut.

I have been a member of Get Cut Fitness for almost a year now. This is the longest I have ever worked out steadily in my life. The fact that the gym is small is one of the main reasons I joined. Not liking the big box gyms, Get Cut Fitness is a perfect fit for me. Love the group classes and get a great workout every time. All the trainers lead challenging workouts and are always available for questions/concerns. I also enjoy participating in the challenges for the accountability factor when trying to reach my fitness goals. I'm really glad I joined.
