We had a plumbing emergency and this company went out of their way to help us, even though our service request came in last minute, toward the end of their workday. The other plumbing companies we reached out to weren’t willing to help in our “crunch.” This company did - we totally felt their concern for us. In the evening after their regular appointments had ended, they could have called it a day. But instead, they articulated they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and didn’t want us to go overnight without access to water (we had to keep our main water line turned off)! We so much appreciated their care & compassion during our crisis! Their care, concern, and commitment was so refreshing! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We will now ALWAYS contact them first for any future plumbing needs!

United has been fantastic to work with. Customer service has been A+++. They've done their best to help me understand the process and what it takes to get the job done. Seems like they want it done correctly the first time while keeping me in the loop... which has been my experience with them. Very pleased with the quality of work and the experience working with them. Highly recommended!

United Electric did work at Fire Camp 14 in Santa Clarita connecting wire from the water tank to the treatment room. They did all the work in 2 days. It took another electrician company over a week to do a similar amount of work. Professional and reliable.

Had a great experience with United Electric. We used them through our home warranty insurance. They had good customer service over the phone, they helped me work with the insurance to make sure our claim was accurate and would be covered. The technician/contractor they sent out was great- he fixed both issues we had in a timely matter, communicated with us throughout the process, and was generally professional and courteous. Would definitely use united electric again.

United has done a perfect job for me on 2 separate occasions one with internal lighting for my show room and the second on the exterior lighting of my building. I can and do highly recommend them!
