I was browsing Steve Thomas BMW website, I went to contact us, left a few questions on there and immediately Jimmy Bach contacted me. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. I never felt he was trying to rush me to buy. As the days went by, I found a car I was interested in and I contacted Jimmy. I live in Los Angeles and I made it clear I did not want to drive out to Camarillo if things would be different when I arrived. He was honest from the beginning; everything went smooth once we arrived. From the moment my husband and I arrived we felt like family, everyone welcomed us with a smile. A business like this makes me want to drive out again should I want another car.

This is for the service side of the dealership. Had an issue with my car, they were able to bring it in right away. They had to order the part from back east so it took a few days longer than expected. I had a loaner car to still be able get to where I needed to go. Definitely coming back in the future!

This was the first time purchasing a car from a dealership in the United States. It was a true pleasure working with Jimmy Bach. At no point did he pressure me into purchasing. He was able to answer all my questions, showed incredible patience and was professional in every way. They even let me take the car to a local mechanic for pre-purchase inspection and worked with me to sell me the car for the price that I felt comfortable with. I would go back anytime and work with Jimmy Bach. I wish more salesmen were like him.

I can not recommend Steve Thomas BMW enough. Took my F30 in for a CV axle failure and Brandon completely turned my whole experience around and provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. The whole Team at Steve Thomas took care of me as if I purchased the car from them and made me feel like family. Made my first break down feel like a walk in the park. They will get my business from now on, especially when I come back and Purchase an M3. Thank you Brandon and thank you Steve Thomas BMW!
