I love this gym! The staff is so friendly and the gym itself has such an easy going vibe. You don't feel pressured to go faster or anything while working out. There is plenty of equipment and space to meet your needs, whatever they may be.
Love this place. Nice, simple-styled gym.
I am proud to say the owner of this place must I think feel he knows the virus is real. Believes if we all keep common sense in mind if sick stay home, wipe machines, wash hands. America He was one of the last gyms to close the first to open so please support him.
Spirit has always been a phenomenal gym experience. I've been going here for about 4 or 5 years and I have never had an issue. I love that it is locally owned and the owner and staff is very friendly to work with. All of the class fees are included in the membership so there is nothing that is unavailable here. All in all Spirit is a great gym and a great place to be. There is a lot of different selections depending on what your goals are, and whatever you need is here.
Equipment is in excellent condition, clean well lit and Lasse is really a great guy.
