My children have been coming here for just over a year. They have grown physically stronger, more confident, and more considerate and respectful as a direct result. I really appreciate the mixture of exercise, character building training, and play that occurs at this center. Thank you to all of the staff and especially Joseph Lee.

The high ratings are no lie. Very warm and welcoming school. I was able to drop in and was not treated like an outsider at all. The professor was talented enough he could teach this old dog. Thank you to the two white belts I was paired up with. I will be coming back every chance I get.
Great place to train Bjj
this place has the best jujitsu around! For sure. Everyone is super cool. And it a very positive environment to go and forget about the stresses of the day with an awesome workout. I've never found a workout like this! My body was transformed. Not only is jujitsu a great workout, its a quick complex chess match on the mat. So it's a physics AND mental challenge unlike anything else I have ever done. If you are looking for the challenge of a lifetime, this is the place.
