What a relief and breathe of fresh air to have such angreat experience at a dealership. You get a bit jadednfrom some dealerships and end up expectingndishonesty, hard sells and negotiations - but I can't saynenough good things about this place.nnOscar, the manager, made sure we were treated like VIP and treated us like family. He was sonfair and open throughout the whole process. Everyone on site was great, great experience! They all seemed to live the idea that they wanted to do right by you, not just close a deal.nOscar spent a lot of time getting us familiar with thenvehicle too before we drove off- super helpful andnthorough. I really felt like we were family coming in tonbuy.nnI felt so relieved and genuinely enjoyed the experience.nnAmazing deal and they have a great pricing policy that offers reasonable rate from start based on market and community. Really nice to avoid the crazy negotiations, MSRP pricing, and fluff added on a quote.nnCan't say enough good things. Highly recommended

If you need a car/SUV you need to look for Claudia Coronado and Gus Herrera. They are the dynamic Duo. Let me tell you they made SURE i walked out with the best deal I got everything i wanted in my 2021 Honda Pilot with all the bells and whistles and the perfect price!! They were so knowledgeable and friendly very accommodating to my schedule and the best part they are top notch when it comes to COVID Protection I was in and out with a brand New car and a full tank of gas in what felt like minutes. I felt safe and extremely excited for my new SUV. If you want the best you need a HONDA and Claudia and Gus on your team!

This might have been one of the easiest and painless times we have had buying a new car. Jose Nava was our sales person and was super knowledgeable. He was helpful with every question we sent his way. No hassles and I feel we got everything we wanted and more. Every employee we came in contact with was super friendly. Very happy and we will continue to come back to this dealer for future needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you if you are looking for a car this is the place.

Fantastic experience with Gus! He was professional yet not salesman-y and answered all my questions patiently. Excellent customer service- he made me feel comfortable with my choices when buying the used car. I wish more salesman were like him. Thank you!

Amazing customer service from both the sales manager and Cynthia the salesperson! I was extremely satisfied and impressed with such great service. They helped me in every way possible and answered all of my questions. They also went above and beyond my expectations!nThe only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because of the finance manager. He had a terrible attitude, was not pleasant, was unprofessional (was on his phone), and almost seemed bothered that my father and I kept asking questions.nnOverall, besides the finance manager my visit at Honda in Oxnard was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming!!!
