I found the truck I wanted online and sent a message. I could not be happier with the fast response and the help that Jeff gave me over the phone. He got me videos of it running and good pictures and gave me all the information I needed. We got everything done over the phone and I had good quality customer service. Overall a great experience and I never had to leave home or work. They delivered in every aspect. Much appreciated!

Great experience. Great car. We agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and he gave me $700 off! I never asked for it.nHe also gave me a print out of what his mechanic did to 'ready' the car- ie new brakes, etc...nnSuper pleasant to deal with- Jeff, the GM.

Cross pointe Autoplex went above and beyond for my family! We were car shopping for a smaller, used 4wd car for one of my sons. We found a great deal at Crosspointe. While test driving it, the ABS light came on. They offered to repair it and then we could talk numbers. They did fix it. After signing, while driving it home the check engine light came on. I called, worried cause I knew I had signed an “as is” contract just an hour earlier. They said bring it back, we will make it right. They spent three days and lots of money making sure the car was safe for my son. They also happen to have another car on the lot that we loved for ourselves! Ended up giving us a great deal on that one too! We will always look here first and we will recommended them to everyone we know!

This place is great. Small town dealer personal feel, no pressure, they were honest and up front on what they knew about the vehicle, and were very fair with the price. I will be returning when I’m in the market again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle.
