FamCamp

SnWe just arrived and drove around to look for a good site and once we found it we were going to go to the camp host and check in. The host rode his bicycle over and was very rude and unwelcoming. He told us we were supposed to check in first . No smile or goodbye before he left and rode away. Very disappoint in the beginning of our stay. Also, bathrooms and showers seem to be closed.

Nothing fancy and it can get noisy with aircraft nearby. It is an Air Force base so noise expected sometimes. Level sites. Good Wifi and clean laundry. Gym nearby.

We would say that Fairchild AFB FAMCAMP was almost perfect. After 5 weeks of traveling finally found a shaded campsite. While the laundromat was very clean and inexpensive, there could have been more ventilation.

Nice famcamp. Great running trail connects to campground.

Nice campground. Quiet and spacious. Friendly hosts. Convenient when you're visiting family Airman.
