Great for kids and adults. My son is 12 and really liked it!
This is a very high energy, intense and kick butt workout. I took my class with ferden high was great very attentive to me fir my first class. He was fun, high energy and a really great instructor. I highly recommend you check out one of your classe . I felt very comfortable, not judged and very welcome. My first classes was great. High recommend these workouts very anyone who wants to kick up there workout routine a notch. It is intense but I intend felt comfortable taking it at my own pace but felt like I could keep up with the workout as well. Check this place out. It is great.
