I love my workouts at Orangetheory. It’s such a great feeling to burn around 500-600 calories within only an hour. My visits go by so fast too!nnI’m a 57 year old woman that has been active my entire life. I started having difficulty with my knees and was worried about running, since they felt swollen and made cracking noises. The treadmills are very bouncy and have improved my knees; it’s possible that supporting ligaments were strengthened. Since I’ve been working out at Orangetheory, my entire body feels improved.nnI also appreciate the clean environment and low lighting. It provides a very soothing atmosphere.
The staff and coaching is great! Definitely the best workout I can get in an hour with flexible hours for classes. Ginger rocks!

Amazing coaches, staff is so kind and encouraging. The workout equipment is the best of the best. I started going 2 days a week, but loved it so much that I go everyday now.
I am continually motivated and challenged. The exact info on how much I've burned, heart rate, and splat points on the screen is great in monitoring my fitness goals. I am in my late 40's and seeing my flexibility and strength increasing is pretty awesome. I've never experienced this kind of feedback in a gym in such a personal way. The instructors are awesome and personable. I asked them to use visual cues for me which helps so much. I have grown to like the rower which is a great tool for abs. My daughters love this and this has been a great family time for us. I can't live without this gym!
