This gym is ran by boxing legend, hall of famer and Olympic silver medalist Virgil Hill Sr and his wife Denean Hill, an Olympic gold medalist. Their knowledge of sports and movement show loudly in the structure of their classes. All age groups are welcome and the environment is welcoming, but be prepared to work HARD
Virgil runs a solid camp here. I worked out for an hour on a Thursday as more than half a dozen amateur fighters prepared for weekend bouts. Everyone was welcoming, everyone put in work. Great place, looking forward to returning.
This place is Amazing! It gets the job everyone here is nice and inspires you to give your best no matter what!
Great gym and coaches. Perfect for beginner all the way up to amateur boxing.
