I have been to one class so far, and let me tell you... I AM DEAD! In the best way possible.The trainer I had was a delight. She told me not to push myself too hard because she wanted me to come back, it's safe to assume I'll be going back. Of course me, being me, I pushed myself beyond my limits, nearly died, nearly passed out and threw up at the same time. And in the following days, nearly fell over on multiples occasions. It won't stop me! I just had a baby, so there's that. They are very kid friendly, I have a toddler and a 2mo and everyone is very welcoming. They do provide daycare I'm the mornings for a small fee of $3. But kids are welcome anytime to hangout in the kids room with other kids. They are family friendly and don't want you to be deterred just because you've got kids. They make working out as convenient as possible. It does help to go with a friend to motivate. My only thing, when I arrived there's not really any signage... So I had to drive around for a hot minute to find the right building...
