Poor communication and no professionalism sum this place up perfectly. Owner was rude and condescending when asked why we weren't notified that they would be charging us again. Like it was too much of US to ask that a business be accountable for their actions and transactions. They said the only way they communicate with their clients is through Facebook, which is GARBAGE. I'd give them zero stars if it would let me. Cancelled membership today and I have no regrets.

Was a member prior to the shutdown at the beginning of March. No communication from them via text, email, or snail mail during the hiatus of services. Looked at my bank statement today (July 7th) to see they’d charged my monthly membership fee. I didn’t even realize they were open.nnCalled the facility to confirm that they reopened (end of June) and they verified that they did charge all of their members July membership fees without sending out any fliers, emails or texts regarding the reopening. They stated they have no means of sending out mass emails or texts. They stated that their only means of communicating with their clients are updates they post to their Facebook page.nnThey denied having the ability to stuff and stamp an envelope... given that I no longer trust their services as a business.

Stopped by to ask about the daily rate while I'm in town for a few weeks. Was quoted $10 (reasonable) and given a very intrusive medical form to fill out. Came back the next day with the form and now they say it's $15 (not worth it). I don't know what the problem is here, but they did a very good job of pissing off a potential new customer.

Lots of equipment, spacious and friendly staff. Great place for a workout. Their hours should extend on the weekends a little though.

Horrible gym, everything is in a state of disrepair. The roof leaked for years and years and years on the basketball court until they finally decided to get it done what a huge liability! All of the machines are constantly breaking down. I was using the smith machine at one time and a boat that is used to secure the bar fell off I let the attendant know at the desk and she did nothing for an hour. Once she got up from looking at her phone and made her way to the machine she asked me as I was leaving if this was the machine in question to which I said yes, nothing was done no caution tape nothing I continue to be used without being fixed. The bathroom tile is missing and broken the showerheads don’t work half the time it takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to get the hot water going on the weekend. We canceled our membership because of all these things and we’re told that the prorated amount from our membership would not be returned per the contract. We were then charged another two memberships the following month From two employees who I paid for at the gym as well. It’s worth mentioning no discount was given despite the fact we had 6 to 7 memberships at one time. This gym is horrible and I would discourage anybody from using it or trying it out
