A boy named Aaron helped me at the front desk earlier today. Service was good until I asked for cheese. This person snatched the bag very roughly, only to put 3 little packets of cheese into the bag. It was a very busy day and I understand staff must have been in a rush, but it is not fair for customers. I was having a great day until I came here. Customer service is number one ALWAYS!! I do not care how busy it is. Treat your customers right.

I been ordering from here for years most of the time I have had a good experience with my pizza I mostly order for delivery only one time I had an issue but I called right away and they had the delivery driver come back to bring me what was missing but over all I think its a good pizza place to order from I order sometimes for pick up about 15-25min before and its ready theirs days if you call for delivery they might take an hour and half so be prepared to wait you can also order online I done that too it tells you the wait time as well sometimes its better than calling because most of the time their busy and put you on hold for a while but I must say their ranch is the best the price has gone up over the years now but its good

Stopped by Tuesday morning and it looked super busy but the young lady and young man were very sweet and helpful! Ordered a calzone for lunch and the wait was only 15 minutes Not to mention it was delicious. They went above and beyond. Dinuba me-n-eds will always be my go to! :)

Placed an order, delivery driver made no effort in knocking and took my food back & I Never heard back from restaurant regarding my order even though I had paid for it already & when I called to ask about it, I got placed on hold and it hung up after 10 min. Didn’t bother calling back and definitely won’t bother going back.
