Best Gym around the area!! I've been a member for more than 5 years, it has been one of my best years of my life. The trainers are highly skilled and have the ability to create very challenging but manageable exercises for individuals or large groups. Showing up and accomplishing very intense workouts relives my daily stress.
Had a Birthday party for my son .The staff was so nice and helpful. The host Jose was awesome and made sure we had everything on time and with no problems. The kids had so much fun. We will definitely be be back.
You should open everyday,because kids won't always be able to go when you guys open
My company had a party for all the staff and their families July 2019. What a great experience! The event planned, Anthony, was very efficient with emails to finalize the plans. We were able to bring in our own caterer. The McDermont staff were so great the day of. Clint and his team made sure our room was perfect, making adjustments to the table and chairs we rented from them. We had 100 people in the Light Room and we still had room to games, a DJ, and photo booth! I highly recommend you consider this venue for your next group event. There was a wide variety of things to do for all ages!
