Food was alright. Typical chain restaurant quality. The fries weren't overly salty, which is a plus if you're into that. Otherwise, typical drive through experience. Quick payment and turn over until you got your food.

This McDonald’s is not the one to go to, the workers were VERY rude, and they told us we could not wait inside when everyone else was, and then they OVERCHARGED us for our food, and then when I went back in and asked for some more ranch, they had the audacity to say “we charge for the sauce” when we have came here so many times before and they have NEVER ONCE charged us for the sauces. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s or different restaurant.

This McDonald's is by far the worse one I have ever been to, I would give it 0 stars if I could. The atmosphere, workers, food, and service. I waited by the register for quite awhile and was not being assisted even after the workers have seen us we still weren't helped. When we were finally noticed they told us to use the kiosk instead. Even after the kiosk it took awhile for someone to help. It felt like we weren't a priority at all as a customer. My Husband and I just wanted to sit and eat in the lobby after a long day of work but the lobby is apparently closed after 7pm but that didn't reflect on Google. There was a worker in the back coughing continously and loudly and I should've just left then and there but I didn't want to go through the hassle of a refund and wait even longer. There was also a worker that was not wearing a mask.. They also forgot our straws and one of the workers dropped our straws in a puddle of slushy mess...and left. And lastly...our orders were wrong and the fries were disgusting.

Its okay!!! the last few times through for breakfast orders, apparently 2 orders of pancakes only need one butter, hmmm.... And never any napkin in the drive thru must've the norm most days at anytime of the day??? I don't always carry these items in my car, and this is quite frustrating as I'm already down the road, I'll try to look closer to assure I have EVERYTHING!!! Thank you, customer service is about a 7 on scale to 10....
