Very quick signing and exchange with the staff in the office. Happy to have the option for a 4' tall unit instead of the typical height units, just cause I don't need that much height! Great rates, and minutes from my home. Win!
I've had units here for 2 years now and it's been nothing but wonderful. Craig and Michelle have always been extremely helpful, flexible, and communicative with any updates to the facility that effect me or my unit. I feel very secure with my things being there.
Super facility in Everett with friendly managers and they are family owned and operated for many years. I love the drive up self storage options, many of their units you can drive right to the door which is really convenient, no elevators and waiting forever just pull up and load and unload! I like knowing I am supporting a local business and I priced it out and they were right in line with the big storage companies.
My storage unit got broken in to and a lot of my deceased Father's belongings were stolen. Management was standoffish and not very empathetic, and although CC TV security is advertised there were somehow no cameras in the area of my storage unit to catch whoever did it. We both filed police reports, but nothing ever came of it. I never received an apology or credit on my account for this grave breach of security, and they had the audacity to send me a warning email saying I still needed to pay before the 9th or receive a late fee.nI had stored here on several occasions through the years with no issue, but this whole situation makes me feel obligated to warn potential tenants that this facility is absolutely not secure.
The staff are very receptive, my stuff is comfortable and clean
