Poor customer service!! No eye contact. Bread was a bit hard. Overall basic sandwiches. Will not return!.
So disappointed after hearing the hype...staff in evening were on cell phone and did not look at us for 5 min. Made sandwiches wrong, even though receipt read correctly. Fast service, clean restuarant. Staff needs customer service training and listening skills needs improvement as well. Sandwiches are average tasting. Nothing special.
This used to be the best location in my opinion, but the last several months they have had terrible customer service. We called in to order, asked for peppers, and heard the guy telling his co workers who the F$#@ orders peppers on this kind of sandwich. Wont be ordering from.here anymore.
