They have a nice set up for COVID19 compliance and you can do the contactless thing, I went ahead and entered the store (with a facemask), there was no one at the counter and had to wait a few minutes for someone to come by. I placed an order online and was ready to be picked up. You don't have to sign the receipts anymore so I couldn't leave a tip that way, I also did not see a tip jar but I left the tip a table. Good service overall, I would just advice to be more cognizant of people going in so they don't have to wait.

I've always had a good experience here, and the pizza is hot, and made to order! The staff is usually friendly and accommodating!
Lobby is closed for the Covid19 but overall its a great place to chill and relax and have some great pizza.
Food as usual was good and consistent with with the quality that I expect when I order from them. The customer service on the other hand was lacking.
