It’s just such a great gym. The owners work with you and push you at a pace that’s within your limits. Very friendly and warm community within the gym. Best workout in my life.
I have been a member of a gym off and on since 1983. In January of this year my son and I went looking for a place to train. We shopped around a bit. After walking into Horizon Strength and Conditioning we were promptly greeted by the owners but also members. We liked the atmosphere , I mean there were dogs in this place! I saw people, all in different stages of fitness. There was and is a positive and supportive energy to this place that drew us in. Professional and passionate training is part of the membership. My son and I have gone steady , three to four times a week and have had outstanding results. I have to say this is the best fitness experience I've ever had and could never imagine going anywhere else in town. Out of five stars this place is a 6!ud83dudcaa
