The space yoga studio has a great impaction to my life. I love the yoga instructors, feel very welcoming, feels like family. I have become friends with many students and yoga instructors there. My anti-stress reliever! I love to be able continue my yoga practice along with The Space community.

This studio is a gem in Visalia. All the people and instructors there have been friendly, warm, and welcoming. They offer a good variety of classes for all skill levels and even have childcare for some classes for parents that need it.

Love this studio. The people and staff are welcoming. I’m not a YOGI but when I do show up I’m treated like a regular with no judgement.nThis was my first intro into Yoga and I love it.nWhether you are just starting or a full blown yoga master... you will find a fun relaxing, challenging and fun.nKristen is the iceing on the cake. A great little studio located here in downtown Visalia. Kristen is a patient and nurturing teacher that quickly puts you at ease in her classes. My girlfriend frequents The Space at least once a week for their Hot Yoga sessions, and not to be crass, but I am definitely enjoying the results. I've only been twice so far but I will soon get off my butt and come join in more often. Time spent within The Space is definitely medicine for the mind, body and soul.

What a gem this studio is here in the Central Valley! All the instructors/classes are awesome and accessible to yoga practitioners of any level. Each class starts and ends right on time (which is super helpful when trying to get to work after my daily dose of zen!) I highly recommend taking a class here at The Space!
