Love Love Love this gym! Hadn't worked out for years, and was kind of worried about getting back to it. Everyone at FIT Tribe was so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome from day 1.
Amazing classes and you feel like you're a part of a huge family! Very impressed and super excited to not feel pressure when I'm working out! Its very calm but tough when ur in class.. The staff is super amazing.. Rossie has an amazing way of supporting and uplifting you no matter your shape and Maria is always smiling when you walk in amd she always knows your name.. Feeling empowered everytime I walk in to FIT Tribe!!
This place right here is the best gym in town. A place you can call home because everybody will know your name; officially a Tribe to be part of. Rossie Ballard is the owner and loves her people. A place for woman to feel empowered and men feel humbled. What ever you're looking for is provided here; HIIT, Plyometrics, Zumba, Body Combat, Pilates, Nutrional Education, G.R.I.T, etc.nI've felt like a punk compared to my wife in what she does there... Highly reccommended for the physical fitness enthusiast.
This place is home! Community first, where people are know by name and not as a #.
