As a former employee, I can tell you my honest opinion of the quality of their work, for prospective customers, and the quality of their staff and management, for prospective employees.nnThe work the do is high quality.. Proper prep work (some companies skimp on this) and they use quality materials (paints, stains, etc).nnUnlike some contractors, the crews at H. S.. Wold arrive on the job sites on time, and baring rain delays, tend to finish in a timely manner.nnManagement (Hans and Simon) are actually really great to work for. They act in a very respectful manner towards their employees, which is often a breath of fresh air in this industry.nnEven when i quit, which is when management a true nature often comes out, they were still nice and respectful.
