Pancho the instructor gives fun and energetic classes. His welcoming, friendly smile, and always has a positive energy. I definitely get my work-out.

This is a fun Zumba experience that makes every workout session a dance party. Pancho has classes in cardio and toning that benefit everyone. The dances are easy to follow, not to easy and the hour flies by. There are other instructors too, so you can take easier classes if you're a beginner.
