Best gym in the area. The price is great! Especially for everything included like the TWO pools and sauna and steam room. Spacious gym with plenty of machines.

In Shape Yuba City has always been top notch but the way they have handled reopening after isolation with all the restrictions placed upon them gets them an A+++...+. They are(as always) kind courteous and professional. They have got a good check in system that is easy and efficient. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Just really impressed with how enjoyable my time back here has been these last couple of weeks since they reopened. So many other businesses are stressful and negative experiences since covid. In Shape was definitely a good experience. Thanks guys!

Dirty machines, and customer service was mediocre. The front ladies are always nice but the personal trainers should lower their ego, they aren’t that great to talk to nor did I feel valued to be there. And the fact that they are still charging full price without pro-rate during this time makes no sense. I’m not paying to workout outside.

Love the outdoor pool, but wish the hot tub was open. The showers have no hot water

In-Shape charged me a cancelling fee from my bank account when I cancelled my membership. I notified them one month in advance. I cancelled because they were going to charge me full monthly dues and a semi annual fee, despite being only open outdoors going forward and closed for the last six months. I called the manager and he said that he would see if there’s something he could do about it, but I never heard back. I guess corporate would not refund my money. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK! They should never try to make money off of us when we are ending our memberships!!!
