The first time they came to deliver my order I picked no contact order because my fiancé is pregnant and we don’t want to interact with them. I went outside after they left and they didn’t leave my food. I called and they said because I didn’t answer they brought it back. They had to refund me and I had to re order. Once my food got here the second time we received half the order. When we called once again they said we only said the two pizzas. But it was a two medium pizzas with bread sticks and drink combo. (We upgraded to cheese sticks and also got cinnamon sticks). So why wouldn’t we order the same thing we already ordered like the first time ? We had to read our receipt the first time when telling our order. So now we had to order the rest of our thinha once again for the THIRD time. They were not very helpful on resolving the situation. We had to pay for the remaining things they messed up on with a “10$ off”. Once they came the third time with the rest of the things, they also gave me a empty pizza box? So I’m not sure what that was about .

I usually order from this location and every single time is usually very good. I ordered a pizza yesterday, it arrived cold, hard like cardboard, the chicken wings had a very tiny bit of sauce on it. I was really upset. The pizza was the worst I have ever gotten from there.

I would never order from there, they've had homeless people living at the side of their building for months now. I don't understand why they allow this, makes me worry about sanitation issues.

I’m not sure why a restaurant would allow homeless people to live outside their business. I use to order from them but am unsure about the sanitation.
