We ordered a pizza at 6:45 pm, we were quoted for delivery at 8:00 pm. We called at 8:30 to see ETA of delivery and they told us the pizza was getting out of the oven and that was on its way shortly. When I expressed how upset and disappointed I was, the manager Fatima said that she could not credit or refund us that we would get out pizza! (I guess better late 1 hour than nothing right?) and when I told her that was not good enough she said “what else do you want me to say?. We have been loyal customers to this company and we understand that these are hard times but a better attitude and nicer customer service would of gone a long way. Need less to say they have lost a customer. Maybe should consider better customer service and have a manager that has better people skills and its not purposely rude.

Girls where very nice pizza nt so nice very dry needed more sauce price i paid could of eaten elsewhere

Very disappointed. 1st time here. Had heard good things, not too sure about that. They are a pizza place, they need a bigger oven to cater to the customer needs. They had 3 parties going on the day I went and could not keep up. They were out of cones for ice cream early in the evening. I just don't thing they prepare for the occasion, especially if reservations have been made way ahead of time. Pizza is good. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Food has always been delicious. The pizza is always made fresh, there is a decent selection of beer too. I have never left Ricos disappointed and still haven't yet.

The atmosphere is really great. The staff are good and provide great service. The pizza is mediocre.
