Brad (highly recommended to us by a close friend) navigated a very complex uninsured motorist claim with an out of state insurance company. He also resolved errors in medical billings.nThe end result was a very equitable resolution; we recommend him highly.

I was rear ended by a distracted driver, who also happened to be a judge! I was left with serious lifelong injuries. Brad and his team were amazing taking on a judge and guiding me and my husband through the process. They always had our best interest in mind; I highly recommend Carter and Fulton.

I am giving a five star review because the front desk staff person is the nicest person I have ever met. Brad is doing a great job and trying to help my wife regardless of my case being hopeless due to a uninsured motorist. Kudos to everyone at this firm, I will update as things unfold....TBC

Wouldn't take my case due to it not being a severe enough injury to constitute his representation. I was struck by a police officer. My bike was totaled. Less than a minute phone call & I was denied.
