I started my yoga journey at I AM YOGA and it has been an absolutely life-changing experience and everyone at the studio has been a huge part of that journey. Great teachers offer knowledge, compassion and empathy in a welcoming and safe environment. This studio is one of the best and it is worth every penny and then a lot more after that. Great place to learn yoga for the first time or to deepen a lifelong practice!

An exceptional experience! A warm and welcoming place with a large variety of classes to fit all ability and flexibility levels! Very competent and supportive teachers offering a mindful Yoga experience.
This place is radiant with beautiful people! The people who run it and work here are all so friendly and do an amazing job with this studio. The classes are exactly what they are described as on their website and the teachers are experienced, caring and kind. The studio is a bit small, but the place is extremely well-run, clean, and soul-restoring.
This is the best yoga studio in the Central Valley, the staff and teachers are amazing. I’ve been a member since 2015 and I haven’t had one bad experience.
