Requested to have child support put into an account each month bc ex spouse doesn't pay, not in past 8.5 yrs, not now... Woman paralegal said, 'he has one chance to pay it', August 2018... Not only did he not pay child support for his daughter he moved to Texas where he pays for his other kid before divorce was final.nI recommend getting a lawyer that will help on your behalf so you don't get screwed over. He makes more, never paid a dime, I solely have child but my child support will be more if his daughter ever wants to live with him.nHow is that right?nOther than that, fairly cheap, kept my child out of the court system process, didn't have to go to court, fast, changed last name in process.

An inexpensive easy way to go through a divorce if you both are amicable and can agree on separation issues.

Very helpful and affordable for divorcing couples who are able to be amicable. My ex husband and I prefer to handle things ourselves especially when it comes to our kids. We are obviously divorced for a reason (several actually) but none of it is our kids fault. Going through Peaceful Separations has been just that, peaceful. If my ex husband and I had disagreed on ANY issues we couldn't resolve ourselves than we would have had to get attorneys involved.
