We had issues with the McHenry location and the manager, some how we were blacklisted there and the manager refused an explanation or even provide her name so when we contact corporate as instructed there'd be a name for corporate to reference back to for any questions they may have.nFrustrated we then called this location and even though we are technically not in the delivery zone they gladly accepted our order. Wonderful customer service and very helpful trying to figure out the mess. Will gladly continue to give this location our business.
My last couple pizzas have been good but the several before that were horrible and they must not be trained on customer service because they are no good at it.
I have been coming here since they opened. I tried to order a pizza tonight and they would not deliver to me because I only had cash.They delivered to me in the last 2 weeks and took my cash. I will never go here again.
I've never been disappointed at this store. Always able to grab a pizza quickly and inexpensively. The staff are always kind and helpful
Pizza is always hot and on time. Great place.
