Just got off the phone with Yesenia, the manager at this location. I was charged this month without notification after being in a 12 month contract from last May to May 2020. They failed to advise that a 12 month contract rolls over to a month to month contract. Yesenia was being so rude and literally talking over as I was trying to speak. I will never refer anyone here and I will never do business with Brenda’s. Yesenia needs training on management skills because her customer service is horrible.
One star is too many for these a-holios! I told office i would be taking a leave of absence for three months . They said no problem at the desk. The office billed me anyway and threatened my credit if i did not pay in full. Real petty losers!nI was a member for 22 months before this happened. Office lady a bonified bio
Great place for singles and families. Because of covid. All the equipment is out side. Plus there's yoga, swimming and tennis. Opens at 4am so you can beat the heat.
Best pool year round.
First time visiting that gym love there weight the weights is more more better than planet fitness cuz there's heavy weights there I love the customer service number
