Do not join this club. After everything going on they charged an monthly and annual fee without any notice at all. I didn’t even know the gym was reopen for business. The service provided to rectify situation was a waste of time and the service provided was less than satisfactory. No understanding was given. I will be canceling my membership right away and will take my business elsewhere!!!! I would understand if they have me some sort of notice before withdrawing on my credit card but nope nothing! Hope you annual fee was worth losing a loyal customer !!!!

It's my second time working out here, this gym has the vibe! It has everything I need to enjoy my weight lifting & cardio, staffs are very friendly & members are cool.

They present contract for 24 hour gym, they agree to price for 24hour gym, you agree to price for 24hour gym. You sign contract and you are both legally bound to terms. They flip the script on you and violate the contract with gym that is not 24hours. Your so dumb your still paying the same price it was for a 24hour gym, with no contract renegotiating. ud83eudd13

Nice gym for what it is. Planet Fitness gyms don't have barbells or power racks or bench presses. The machines were OK. Not the best. The treadmills were in good condition. The bathroom and locker room looked clean.

So, they reopened and didn't tell multiple members according to their Facebook page comments section. I got to find out they reopened when I saw a charge to my checking account which was surprising since I had autopay off through the quarantine and was given no notification. I brought it to their attention, and they said that they do not give refunds and to talk to corporate about it. Corporate sent an automated message saying to talk to the local location to ask about a refund which again told me to talk to corporate. Unethical, pathetic finger pointing. As unprofessional as a company can be.
