I love this yoga studio! Amazing people and atmosphere, I recommend it to all the women I know. When I began several months ago I had never practiced yoga before. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable and was a perfect place for me to learn for the first time. As time has gone by, the classes continue to provide both refuge and challenge as I learn and grow in my practice. I have also participated in the Transformation Tribe program which includes high accountability with exercise and nutrition. I have successfully met my weight loss goal and continue to focus on my health and strength with an amazing community of women. I am very grateful I found Agape Flow Yoga Studio!

This is the best place for women to practice yoga!! Agape Flow is a unique and wonderful yoga studio. There are a variety of classes to choose from and I LOVE that some of the classes are faith based. The instructors are welcoming, very knowledgeable and explain everything well. I have practiced yoga at different places over the years, but none were perfect for me, now I can finally say I've found the one!!
