I purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from United Auto Group and could not be more satisfied. Living 1.5 hours away, Mike was to the point, forthright and honest about the condition of the car (he volunteered info about some scratches and a ding) over the phone before we made the trip so I wasn't surprised when we got there. We were in the market for 3 months trying to find a car for my daughter and had dealt with too many shady used car lots, so naturally, I was skeptical at first. The car was better than advertised and price was fair. These guys deserve the recognition they have earned by being honest businessmen.
Avoid like COVIC had to put new transmission in two days after I bought vechile. Don't do it go else where they offered to buy me a transmission at jet Cheverlot however they wouldn't pay jet Cheverlot pay to put in the transmission they wanted to buy it from them so they say and have someone else install the transmission with no installation warranty! I went to a very good honest reliable 3 yr 30000 mile warranty at Transmission Specialist great staff! Fast service friendly inexpensive! Go there they also sale cars!
These guys are great! No pressure, very friendly, easy to work with. I highly recommend starting here instead of a dealership. They don't offer financing, but that keeps their prices lower than the other guys. LOVE my 2015 Sonata Hybrid!
Extremely fair pricing; easy negotiation. The whole transaction took about 30 minutes! I'm extremely happy with my 2008 pathfinder purchase. Would highly recommend United Auto Group over a dealership experience. Clean organized office.
