Very, very dissatisfied with their service. I placed an order over the phone for pick up. I was advised it would be a 45 minute wait, which I totally understand especially on a Friday night. As I am ready to pay, the cashier looks at me confused and tells me my order was never placed. The cashier wasn’t much help until another employee stepped in. The generous employee, (C.V.G), offered to place another order and have it out as soon as soon as possible. It only took an hour and a half to receive a large pizza with a side of wings.

i love round table but this one is definitely the worst in santa rosa. we got our pizza around 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and it wasn’t even right. we asked for extra sauce on the pizza and it was as if there was none at all. super frustrating when it isn’t the cheapest pizza.

I love their food! I ordered take out( because of covid)& didn't get there until closing.i got absolutely no attitude,and the girls who got my order ready for me were very nice

I have always enjoyed Round Table Pizza, I guess times have changed. I ordered a pizza 6:48 it did not arrive until 8:30. The driver was apologetic knowing how late the pizza arrived. It was as one would think. The pizza tasted like day old pizza, not fresh but had gotten cold and the crust tough to eat. What's up with this delivery fee?? I called and was told this fee does not go to the driver. NEVER AGAIN.

Like RT Occidental Rd in Santa Rosa but do not rely on them to be open and functional till their closing time. Most restaurants close down operations after closing time, but not this place. This even happened pre-COVID!
