Best equipment in Santa Rosa as far as I'm concerned but they could really use air conditioning gets hot in there during the day!!!
Extremely accommodating and respectful owners and staff. Incredible lineup of equipment that will surpass any gym on the west coast. True family owned and run establishment.
Great equipment. The restrooms say woman or mens and watch out ladies, the men use the ladies room and leave the seat up or pee on the seat and floor. Not very clean each time I've been there. Even had a man try to walk in while I was using it. (Thank goodness for locks) pointed it out to staff who claims it gets cleaned daily, well then hire cleaners because someone doesnt know how to clean a bathroom.
Incredible facility with every possible machine and accessory anyone could want. It’s clean, never crowded, and open 24 hours M-S! The owners are super friendly and know their members by name. I highly recommend this facility for individuals who are serious about their workouts and who desire top-notch equipment.
Excellent equipment. Mono lifts, strongman logs, yokes, etc. Absolutely the best.
