I flew in on Sunday, and decided to give this box a shot. I enjoyed this box. Jessica was the coach and friendly environment. They do a free trial when you drop by. Unlike Crossfit Northgate. They care only about profit ($25) for a drop in. Spent $75 for 3 days and did not feel it at all. Crossfit Proprius is worth the time! Enjoyed my workout and there was only 3 of us during the 5:30 class, but nailed the workout!
Dropped in while visiting my husbands family over Christmas. The people were great, programming was spot on, and the facility was clean and well kept. We will definitely be dropping in every time we visit!
My girlfriend and I dropped in and it was an amazing experience! Coaches could not have been more welcoming and kind. The members were also very nice and accommodating. Every time we come back to Santa Rosa this will be the gym we come to. Fantastic experience!
This CrossFit box was on point when I dropped in at 6 AM! Coach Justin was wide-awake and knowledgeable, all the athletes very welcoming. The class I was in had some great lifters. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and work out!
