I have always enjoyed this facility but their response to the coronavirus exceeded all my expectations. Setting up an outdoor spin studio and cardio/weight room less than a week after the governor closed the gyms was an amazing effort.
Had a swedish massage on the outdoor terrace at the spa. Technician was very professional and did a great job of focusing on areas of need since working from home. It was a bit noisy with chatter from the pool deck, but I will return because the services and staff members were so good.
Spinning with Becky on Tuesday at 5:45 am and Catherine on Thursday at 5:45am are awesome! I have boundless energy after class and feel the great effects all day long. Inferno Pilates classes are the most challenging work outs I have ever experienced. High intensity!
I go to gyms all over the country; Never have I ever come across a gym or health club, private or big box, of any caliber that doesn’t let you try out the facilities for at least a day before joining. This place clearly isn’t trying to get more members.
Intense, effective classes with phenomenal instructors! The instructors are very motivating and challenge you every time.
