Well maintained trail, Challenging, but doable hike. We will take it to the Lake next time. We made the falls this time.
Ate a bug at the lake, didn't taste very good. Was low on salt. Hike was hood otherwise.
This hike is definitely long! But what hikes aren't?nn1/2 up the mountain I was questioning whether a lake actually existed at the top. To my surprise the lake was there and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! There is this big flat rock you can perch once at the top and tall mountains to your right. This so far has been my favorite lake I've hiked to so far.
It's never had good customer service. The food is pretty good.
Super fun and challenging hike.
