Fantastic customer service. I’ve worked retail management for years and they hit all the points. We were greeted with a friendly welcome when we walked in the door before we reached the cash wrap. The cashier was friendly and recommended additional items and explained what toppings would on our sandwich asking if we would like to exclude any. The order was brought promptly to our table and the server was friendly letting us know if we needed anything else to let her know. The food was delicious. Upon our exit we were thanked for coming in. Props to the employees and management. If I was a secret shopper you would have received 10/10. You have a great team. We will definitely be back next time we are in Cedar City.
SLOW! Don't come here if you want fast service. Or if you want your order made correctly. Only 2 out of 5 meals were edible. The salad is GROSS. The soup is GROSS. And even the side pickle was rancid. They missed the mark tonight, but maybe it was just an off night. On a positive note, the bathrooms and seating area were clean. And although they were very slow, the cashier was friendly.
